Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager (Technical PM) with strong technical expertise and exceptional communication skills to lead cross-functional teams and manage client engagements. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving end-to-end project delivery, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, managing project timelines, and ensuring successful execution of technology initiatives.

The candidate should be capable of effectively handling both client-facing responsibilities and technical team management while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end technical projects from initiation through deployment and post-production support.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and business stakeholders.
  • Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
  • Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate with developers, architects, QA engineers, DevOps, and business teams.
  • Conduct client meetings, status updates, sprint planning, and project reviews.
  • Track project progress and proactively identify and mitigate risks.
  • Ensure effective communication between clients, leadership, and technical teams.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
  • Monitor resource allocation and team performance.
  • Resolve project issues, conflicts, and escalations in a timely manner.
  • Prepare project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and executive presentations.
  • Drive continuous process improvements and ensure adherence to best practices.

  • Experience managing multiple technical projects simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Excellent client-facing presentation and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to lead distributed and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
