Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SQL Server Syncade Expert with deep expertise in Emerson Syncade MES and Microsoft SQL Server. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting, optimizing, and enhancing Syncade-based MES applications, improving database performance, troubleshooting complex production issues, and providing architecture-level guidance to business and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

Provide expert-level support and administration for Emerson Syncade MES environments.
Design, review, and optimize SQL Server databases and application architectures.
Perform SQL performance tuning, query optimization, indexing, and stored procedure enhancements.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex MES production and database issues.
Support Syncade integrations, interfaces, and data exchange mechanisms.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and system design documents.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to provide strategic recommendations and solutions.
Monitor database performance and implement improvements to ensure system stability and scalability.

Required Skills

Expert-level experience with Emerson Syncade MES.
Strong experience with Syncade Integrations and interfaces.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server Administration.
Expertise in:

SQL Query Tuning
Stored Procedures
Indexing
Database Design
Performance Monitoring Tools
Performance Optimization

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Ability to create and review database/application architecture diagrams and technical documentation.
