Required Skills

10 years of hands-on experience developing and supporting Informatica PowerCenter ETL solutions.
Strong experience with Oracle Database, including data modeling, query optimization, and performance tuning.
Advanced proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL development.
Experience designing, developing, and maintaining complex ETL workflows, mappings, sessions, and workflows in Informatica.
Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, data integration, and data transformation processes.
Experience troubleshooting ETL failures, data quality issues, and production support incidents.
Experience creating and maintaining batch jobs using Automic (UC4) or similar enterprise job scheduling tools.
Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical ETL solutions.
Experience working with large datasets and high-volume data processing environments.
Knowledge of data validation, reconciliation, and migration methodologies.
Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and participation in Scrum ceremonies.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively with business and technical teams.
Familiarity with ServiceNow, Jira (or Apptio), and DevOps processes.
Experience in healthcare, insurance, commissions, or financial services domain is a plus.
Experience with ETL test automation tools such as QuerySurge for data validation, reconciliation, and regression testing is a plus.
