Job Description:

MUST HAVE SKILLS

• direct/indirect sales
• bulk pricing
• rebates management based on volumes and conditions
• Pricing procedures, conditions, tiers, coupons, etc. with SAP best practices
• freight cost allocations to products/organization
• settlement types (partial, delta, final).
• settlement process integration with Controlling and Accounts Receivable
• Salesforce integration of sales data into pricing
• Build incentive rules, plan and design commissions and incentives within pricing
• Volume-based incentives via condition contracts
• Using Fiori apps for managing contract lifecycle and executing settlements.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Overall 10 years in SAP as SD consultants covering all end to configurations
• Must have experience working in SAP SD rebates and S4 Settlement management along with all OTC end to end processes
• System Configuration and Implementation Configure and implement SAP Settlement Management modules to align with business requirements| ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules and external systems.
• Handling settlement of rebates| external and internal commissions| and royalties| as well as other business process-specific settlements
• Must have worked in SAP SDOTC module at least in 2 S4 HANA implementations.
• Experience of working within a formal project methodology ASAP and Agile frame works
• Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements frame Business Analysis and Requirements gathering| Process mapping| Project scope and gap analysis.
• Understanding business process| study and analyze workflow to design solutions
• Proactively identify and propose business process andor system enhancements and process improvements
• Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team.
• Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required
• Creation of Functional specification and explaining the impacts of change to technical team. Must have worked on Integration with other modules SD-FI| SD-MM| Defining SD organizational units and assigning them in customizing
• Must have worked on Fiori Apps| well versed with CDS view functionality
• Map client business requirements| processes| and objectives develops necessary product modifications to satisfy clients needs.
• Design| customize| configure and testing of SD Identify gaps| issues and work around solutions.
• Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting investigate| analyze| and solve software problems.
• Document functional designs| test cases and results.
• Work self-directed and independently may act as subject matter mentor to more junior members
• Familiarity with RICEFW objects| pricing routines| BADI| and BAPI implementations.
• Conduct enhancements and solution approach and analyze its cross functional impact to the system and document
• Work on Enhancements from requirements gathering to solutioning to testing and implementation
• Proven track in requirements gathering| creating functional specifications| and collaborating with both business and IT teams.
• Experience in testing| go-live preparations| and hyper care phases.
