Senior AI Engineer Agentic AI / LLM / RAG

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer to design and develop advanced AI agents and autonomous systems. The role involves building conversational AI solutions such as chatbots and voice systems, as well as developing and optimizing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) based applications. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Python-based AI/ML development, hands-on expertise with modern LLM ecosystems, and the ability to build scalable, production-grade AI solutions. This role also requires evaluating and deploying large language models based on performance, cost, and latency considerations, along with contributing to system design focused on agentic AI architectures.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in Python (AI/ML development)
• Experience with PyTorch (or willingness to learn)
• Hands-on experience with AI agents / chatbot development
• Strong understanding of RAG (vector databases, embeddings, prompt engineering)
• Knowledge of LLM providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, etc.)
• Understanding of transformer architecture

Required Qualifications

• Strong coding skills with focus on Python
• Experience building scalable and production-grade AI solutions
• Ability to evaluate LLMs based on performance, cost, and latency
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Additional Skills

• Kotlin / Full-stack development experience
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Azure)
• Knowledge of microservices, REST APIs, Kafka
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Familiarity with tools like LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen

Interview Process

• Coding round (Python no AI tools allowed)
• System design round (Agentic AI focus)
