Job Summary
The Senior SAP APM / SAP Commissions Developer will serve as a hands‑on technical contributor responsible for the design, development, integration, and support of SAP Agent Performance Management (APM), formerly known as Callidus ICM. This role focuses on independent build activities, technical troubleshooting, reporting, and close collaboration with customers and offshore teams to deliver high‑quality SAP Commissions solutions aligned with business requirements.
Experience
• 5+ years of hands‑on experience with SAP APM / SAP Commissions (Callidus ICM)
• Proven experience delivering SAP APM solutions in complex enterprise environments

Responsibilities
• Design, build, and enhance SAP APM / SAP Commissions solutions independently
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Write and maintain Groovy scripts and SQL queries to support SAP APM functionality
• Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot SAP APM reports, including Jasper Reports
• Support and manage SAP APM integration touchpoints with upstream and downstream systems
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve defects and production issues efficiently
• Review and analyze large data volumes to validate accuracy and system performance
• Produce and maintain clear technical documentation aligned with functional requirements
• Collaborate with offshore teams by providing technical guidance and implementation specifications
• Mentor junior team members and support faster issue resolution
• Work directly with customers to respond to ad‑hoc technical inquiries and support needs
• Ensure solutions follow organizational standards, best practices, and compliance requirements
