Work Location1001 Frontier Rd, Suite 100, Bridgewater, NJ4 days onsite, 1 remote per week
Responsibilities:CompliancePrepare monthly and quarterly state sales and use tax returns which includes filings, payments, prepare journal entries, and reconciliations. AuditAssist tax staff in pre-audit preparation for sales and use tax audits including store and fixed asset listings, trial balances.Pull relevant sales and expense details for requested test samples.Provide invoices chosen for review.AribaAssist tax staff in clearing day-to-day Ariba tax exceptions.OtherAdditional projects as needed.
Requirements:Experience in preparing and filing state sales and use tax returnsKnowledge of sales and use tax compliance and reporting at the state and local levels.Experience with SAP Ariba - preferred
