Role: Tech Consultant - SAP S/4HANA Procurement Contracts + CLM Integration

Location: Remote (overlap with PT business hours preferred)


Job Description:
We're looking for a SAP procurement integration consultant to help deliver a POC that creates SAP S/4HANA Purchase Contracts / Outline Agreements from our CLM, using BTP middleware. Expertise needed with SAP S/4 and integration expertise with 3^rd party Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) software. Need to be able to setup S/4 to create Purchase Contracts and Outline Agreements based on the integration with the CLM tool.

Scope / Responsibilities

• Assist with setting up S/4Hana Developer instance
• Specify required SAP Object (e.g., Purchase Contract) structures
• Reviewing product and tech requirements for input
• Provide and/or consult Architectural diagrams for the Ironclad CLM BTP S/4Hana
• Answer technical questions and provide guidance
• Provide guidance on objects for CLM?SAP field mapping + sequencing
• Validate SAP standard APIs/BAPIs/OData feasibility
• Advise on master data dependencies (vendor/material) and practical ways to minimize MDG coupling for the POC

Deliverables
1. Evaluate and provide guidance on requirements
2. Architectural diagrams (flow, endpoints, error handling, env checklist)
3. Feasibility decision + recommendation
4. Vendor/material approach recommendation
5. Help the team deliver a POC

Required experience

• 5+ years SAP S/4HANA Procurement/MM with hands-on Purchase Contracts/Outline Agreements (WK/MK)
• Proven SAP integration delivery (OData/APIs/BAPIs) and iPaaS collaboration (SnapLogic preferred)
• Strong procurement master data knowledge (vendor, purchasing org/group, company code, material, terms)
• Clear spec-writing and cross-functional facilitation skills

Success measures:

• Developer instance configured and able to execute e2e use cases 1
• Successful working POC that delivers P0 use cases for for Ironclad s/4Hana

• Actionable plan to scale beyond POC with known risks and dependencies
