Title: Procurement & CLM Systems Administrator
Location: Remote – US

Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Procurement & Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) Systems Administrator to manage and optimize enterprise procurement and contract systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for system configuration, workflow automation, role-based access, API integrations, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration with IT, Finance, Legal, and Procurement teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain procurement and CLM platforms, including Zip, Coupa, and Ironclad (or equivalent CLM).

• Manage user provisioning, de-provisioning, and role-based access control (RBAC).

• Configure complex approval workflows based on business logic, including spend thresholds, departments, and legal rules.

• Act as the primary technical liaison between IT and business units (Finance, Legal, Procurement) to translate requirements into system configurations.

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and support API integrations and data syncs between procurement/CLM systems and ERP, HRIS, and collaboration platforms (e.g., Workday, Salesforce, Slack).

• Collaborate with Legal Operations to maintain digital contract templates, clause libraries, and e-signature workflows.

• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to users who encounter login issues, workflow failures, or system errors.

• Configure and maintain vendor management modules to ensure accurate data capture and risk assessment.

• Lead system release management processes, including testing, validation, deployment of update,s and patches.

• Create and maintain SOPs, user guides, and training documentation to support system adoption.

• Build dashboards, conduct system audits, and monitor key performance metrics (e.g., approval cycle times, data integrity, system health).

Preferred Qualifications

• 7+ years administering Zip, Coupa, Ironclad, or comparable procurement/CLM systems.

• Strong experience with API integrations, workflow automation, and sandbox testing.

• Experience working with Finance, Legal, and Procurement teams in a business systems capacity.

• Technical troubleshooting and end-user support experience.

• Excellent documentation and training skills.

• Comfortable with data analysis and reporting tools.

Nice-to-Have

• Salesforce, Workday, and NetSuite integration experience

• Python, SQL, or scripting background
