Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce Director to lead our enterprise CRM strategy and oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of Salesforce solutions across the organization. This role requires a visionary leader who can align Salesforce capabilities with business objectives, drive innovation, and ensure seamless user adoption.
Qualifications:
12+ years of Salesforce experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership or director-level role.
Proven expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
Strong background in enterprise architecture, system integration, and data management.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Application Architect, or System Architect) strongly preferred.
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master s preferred).
