Systems Administrator

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Naples, FL that is seeking a Systems Administrator.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional, white-glove service to residents, staff, and executives across campus at reitrement home
* Act as a visible and approachable technical resource-not behind the scenes, but engaging directly with users
* Troubleshoot a mixed environment including Windows, iPads, macOS devices, and various other technologies
* Support campus infrastructure including basic networking, Cisco and Fortinet firewalls, and light cloud services (some AWS exposure required)
* Travel frequently across the campus network (within 2-3 miles); Mileage reimbursed
* Collaborate daily with Felix and the broader engineering team
* Utilize backup resources for advanced networking or server issues as needed
* Work onsite at the NOC, with additional workspace options for calls
* Participate in an on-call rotation (two weeks on, two weeks off); calls are rare and usually tied to major outages or natural disasters
* Flex hours when weekend or late work is required

REQUIREMENTS:
* Strong customer-facing presence with a patient, helpful, and service-oriented demeanor
* Experience troubleshooting across mixed device environments (Windows, Macs, iPads, general endpoint technology)
* Comfortable in a jack-of-all-trades technical environment; willing to jump into various tasks as needed
* Ability to quickly learn new tools, processes, and systems
* Working knowledge of AWS (basic to intermediate)
* Familiarity with Cisco and Fortinet firewalls is a plus
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work closely with leadership and peers
* Able to walk the campus regularly; this role is not desk-bound
* Business-casual attire required (no jeans)

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
