Job Description:L3Harrisis seeking a new graduate to support quality initiatives by helping develop andmaintainprocesses that ensure products and materials meet required standards and customer expectations. In this role, the individual will work with cross-functional teams and customers to review quality performance, address issues, and support improvement efforts across operations. The position also offers experience in investigating nonconformances, contributing to corrective actions, andassistingwith quality documentation and customer communications.
To be eligible, applicants must be pursuing abachelor\'s degreein Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Quality Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Management, Quality Sciences or related fieldor have completed their bachelor?s degree within the last 12 months, regardless of age.
