Strong experience in the Cards & Payments domain, including the complete card and payment lifecycle.
In-depth knowledge of Payment Gateways, Payment Networks, and Chargeback processes.
Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Hands-on experience with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies.
Experience managing end-to-end technical programs across multiple engineering and Scrum teams.
Strong expertise in program planning, risk management, dependency tracking, and stakeholder communication.
