Position: Data Analyst (Banking/Financial Domain)

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst with strong experience in the banking and financial services domain. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working with financial datasets, regulatory reporting, and analytical tools to support business decisions and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze large volumes of banking/financial data including transactions, customer portfolios, risk, and compliance datasets.
Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support business stakeholders.
Perform data validation, cleansing, and reconciliation for financial systems.
Collaborate with business users, risk teams, and IT to translate requirements into actionable insights.
Support regulatory and compliance reporting needs.
Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities in financial datasets to improve decisionmaking.
Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst in banking/financial services.
Strong expertise in SQL, Excel, and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
Experience with financial datasets such as loans, deposits, payments, risk, compliance, and regulatory reporting.
Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
Strong communication skills to work with crossfunctional teams in banking/financial environments.
