In this role, you'll take the lead in developing generative AI applications, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures, intelligent agents, and traditional machine learning models-transforming complex business challenges into scalable, production-ready systems.
This is a highly collaborative position where you'll partner with data engineers, analysts, and key business stakeholders to rapidly prototype solutions, establish best practices, and help upskill the broader team. We're seeking someone with strong experience in LLM orchestration, prompt engineering, vector databases, model evaluation, MLOps, and secure enterprise deployment patterns.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, build, and deploy generative AI applications, RAG pipelines, and intelligent agents.
Develop and maintain machine learning models that address real business problems.
Translate business requirements into scalable, production-ready AI systems.
Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to prototype and refine solutions.
Implement best practices for model evaluation, monitoring, governance, and compliance.
Support and improve MLOps processes for reliable deployment and lifecycle management.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Strong hands-on experience with LLM orchestration, prompt engineering, and vector databases.
Proficiency in Python and modern AI/ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, LlamaIndex).
Experience building and deploying RAG architectures, intelligent agents, and generative AI applications.
Knowledge of MLOps, including training pipelines, evaluation, monitoring, and CI/CD for ML systems.
Understanding of secure enterprise deployment patterns and compliance requirements.
Ability to design scalable AI systems that integrate with existing data and application ecosystems.
Strong collaboration and communication skills when working with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
Experience rapidly prototyping and iterating on AI solutions in an enterprise environment.
