JOB SUMMARY: Create modification engineering documentation including detailed installation drawings, wiring diagrams and modification instructions in support of FAA certification for all Textron Aviation Propeller and Jet aircraft models.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: - Interface with Customer Service and Service Center personnel.
- Review customer modification requests, aircraft configuration and engineering requirements to ensure modification meets customer needs and certification requirements.
- Development of detailed modification installation procedures.
- Development of installation drawings and wiring diagrams.
- Utilization of CATIA, Capital and other software to define modification details.
EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE: Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in:
- Mechanical Engineering
- Aerospace Engineering
- Electrical Engineering
QUALIFICATIONS: - Professional and diplomatic demeanor
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge in Electrical or Mechanical installations, and other related topics

Summer internships are 40 hours per week typically from late-May to early-August lasting 10 weeks. Candidates must be able to work onsite for the entirety of the internship program unless approved otherwise by the hiring manager.
