This role focuses on the design, development, customization, and support of Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, primarily within the Sales module of the platform. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Dynamics CRM customization, plugin and workflow development, integrations, and troubleshooting within enterprise environments. This position requires both hands-on development expertise and the ability to partner cross-functionally to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement custom Dynamics 365 CRM solutions including plugins, workflows, and integrations with external systems (35%)
Configure and customize Dynamics 365 CRM environments including forms, business processes, workflows, and automation tools (20%)
Develop and maintain integration solutions between Dynamics 365 CRM and other Microsoft applications to ensure seamless data flow and process automation (15%)
Provide ongoing third-level application support, troubleshoot complex system and user issues, and optimize CRM system performance (15%)
Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to define technical requirements and deliver scalable CRM solutions (10%)
Create and maintain technical documentation including unit testing procedures, technical specifications, and system flow diagrams while providing peer code reviews and status updates to IT leadership (5%)
Qualifications
5+ years of experience developing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM applications
Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM customization, configuration, and development
Experience developing plugins, custom workflows, and integrations within the Microsoft ecosystem
Hands-on experience with Power Platform, automation tools, and CRM business process configuration
Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization skills
Experience creating technical documentation, testing procedures, and system flow diagrams
Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Strong communication skills and ability to operate in a collaborative environment
