For the external customer, is in the pilot phase and hoping to move to a production environment in the next year.
For the internal customers, it is in a Discovery phase and hoping to move to POC.
The front end 'shell' has been put together with some formats and is in need of a strong Cloud Engineer who has experience moving a concept through to a POC and building a solution.
This role is responsible for establishing and leading AI development and architecture across SaaS and platform-based applications, including low-code and enterprise platforms such as Azure / Microsoft Power Platform. This role will engineer and scale AI capabilities such as agents and intelligent solutions that drive measurable business outcomes while ensuring scalability, security, and responsible use. This role will partner with the business and configure the solution into the customers Azure environment. This role will also be responsible for creating resource groups and security over the solution.
This role serves as the organization’s AI engineering authority—bridging strategy and execution—by partnering closely with Product, Architecture, Security, Data, and Business leaders. This role will guide the design, development, deployment, and lifecycle management of AI-enabled capabilities, including autonomous and semi-autonomous agents, across internal and customer-facing solutions.
Operating in a highly matrixed, global environment, this role manages a portfolio of AI initiatives spanning experimentation, point solutions, and enterprise-scale platforms.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
• 7–10 years of experience delivering enterprise-scale software, SaaS, or platform-based solutions
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in AI, machine learning, intelligent automation, or agent-based systems
• Strong experience with cloud platforms and low-code/no-code ecosystems (e.g., Microsoft Power Platform, Azure)
• Proven ability to architect and operationalize AI-enabled solutions from experimentation through production
• Deep understanding of SDLC, agile delivery, DevOps/ML Ops, and modern engineering practices
• Superior ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes for executive and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience building or governing AI agents, copilots, or autonomous workflows at enterprise scale
• Familiarity with responsible AI frameworks, model governance, and monitoring practices
• Experience working in highly matrixed, global organizations
