Role Descriptions: The Analytics Insight Analyst with AI Expertise is responsible for extracting actionable business insights by leveraging advanced analytics techniques and AI-powered tools. This role involves deep data analysis pattern recognition and predictive modeling to support strategic decision-making. The analyst will collaborate with business stakeholders and data teams to translate complex data into clear impactful insights using AI technologies.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform deep-dive analysis of large and complex datasets to uncover trends patterns and opportunities using AI and machine learning tools.Utilize AI-powered analytics platforms to enhance data exploration anomaly detection and predictive insights.Develop and validate models that support forecasting customer segmentation and behavior analysis.Collaborate with business units to understand analytical needs and translate them into AI-driven solutions.Create clear concise reports and visualizations that communicate insights effectively to technical and non-technical audiences.Continuously evaluate emerging AI tools and techniques to improve analytics capabilities.Work closely with data engineers and data scientists to ensure data quality and model accuracy.Support automation of routine analytics tasks using AI to increase efficiency and scalability.Maintain documentation of methodologies models and insights for knowledge sharing.QualificationsProven experience in analytics with strong knowledge of AI machine learning or data science tools (e.g. Python R TensorFlow Azure ML or similar).Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau Power BI or equivalent.Strong statistical and analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.Familiarity with big data platforms and databases (SQL NoSQL) is a plus.Excellent communication skills to present insights clearly to diverse stakeholders.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Bachelors or Masters degree in Data Science Statistics Computer Science Business Analytics or related field preferred.
