Job Summary:

• Design, develop, and integrate Agentic AI agents into the software development lifecycle.
• Lead and contribute to AI-enabled software development (AIDLC) within an Agile engineering POD.
• Build scalable full-stack applications using Java/J2EE, Spring, React, Next.js, REST APIs, and microservices.
• Design and support cloud-native applications across Microsoft Azure, OpenShift, and AKS.
• Implement and maintain modern CI/CD and DevOps practices using GitHub Actions, Artifactory, and Docker.
• Develop and integrate AI capabilities into existing enterprise applications and engineering workflows.
• Troubleshoot complex application and production issues using Splunk, Azure KQL, Grafana, and Dynatrace.
• Actively leverage enterprise-approved AI tools to improve coding, documentation, analysis, testing, and engineering productivity.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to engineering teams.
• Establish and promote AI engineering best practices across Agile delivery teams.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, product owners, and other stakeholders in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Participate in design, development, code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support activities.
