Summary
Preferred Qualifications
- 5–12 years of experience in Technical Account Management, Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, or a similar role.
- Strong preference for experience in engineering services, digital transformation, or global delivery models.
- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or an equivalent technical background.
- AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform certifications are a plus.
Sales & Business Development Skills
- Proven track record in acquiring new logos or technical pre-sales responsibility.
- Ability to lead technical discovery, solution shaping, and proposal development.
- Comfortable engaging engineering leaders, CIO/CTO, VP of Product, and Procurement.
- Strong negotiation, objection handling, and value-based consultative selling skills.
