Job Title: React Developer

React Tech Lead responsible for defining frontend architecture, making critical technical decisions, and leading UI teams to deliver scalable, high-performance enterprise applications using React and its ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Define, own, and evolve React-based frontend architecture

• Lead UI development using React.js, React Hooks, and modern React patterns

• Design and maintain reusable component libraries and design systems

• Establish best practices for state management, performance, and code quality

• Review and govern code quality, security, accessibility, and performance

• Mentor senior and junior React developers

• Collaborate closely with backend teams, architects, DevOps, and product stakeholders

• Drive adoption of modern React tools and frontend technologies

• Ensure alignment with Agile / Scrum delivery processes

Mandatory Technical Skills (With Experience)

• React.js (Architecture & Advanced Patterns) – 7+ years

• Hooks, Context API, HOCs, Render Props

• Functional components & component composition

   

• JavaScript (Advanced) & TypeScript – 7+ years

•  State Management – 5+ years

   

• Redux / Redux Toolkit, Zustand, or equivalent

   

• HTML5, CSS3, SASS / CSS-in-JS – 7+ years

• Node.js & RESTful APIs integration – 5+ years

• UI Testing Strategy & Frameworks – 5+ years

• Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress

• Frontend Performance Optimization – 4+ years

   

• Code splitting, lazy loading, memoization

   

• Build & Tooling – 4+ years

   

• Webpack, Vite, Babel, npm/yarn/pnpm

   

• Agile / Scrum Leadership – 5+ years

• Next.js or SSR/SSG experience

• Micro-frontend architecture

• Accessibility (WCAG) compliance

• CI/CD and frontend DevOps exposure
