Applied GenAI Engineer

Location: NYC (3 days/week onsite)
Interview: Face-to-Face required

Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Applied GenAI Engineer to design and productionize enterprise-grade LLM applications. You will build scalable AI solutions using RAG, agentic workflows, and document intelligence pipelines to solve real business problems across governance, risk, operations, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Build and deploy LLM applications (RAG, summarization, extraction, classification).
Design agent-based workflows with tool calling, guardrails, and auditability.
Develop retrieval pipelines (vector + hybrid search) and document processing systems.
Implement evaluation frameworks, monitoring, and reliability safeguards.
Ensure security, privacy, and performance in enterprise environments.

Required Skills

Strong Python engineering and API development experience.
Hands-on experience with LLMs (RAG, tool calling, structured outputs).
Experience with search/retrieval systems and unstructured data.
Solid software engineering fundamentals (testing, CI/CD, logging, containerization).

Preferred

Knowledge graphs, regulated environment experience, LLMOps/DevSecOps exposure.

Note: Candidates must attend an in-person interview and work onsite 3 days/week in NYC
