Pay Range: $50 - $55/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers and business stakeholders to understand and document requirements
- Convert customer requirements into BRD, Functional Specifications, and Technical Design Documents
- Collaborate with technical and functional teams to ensure correct interpretation of requirements
- Support solution design discussions, clarifications, and scope management
- Act as a liaison between business users, functional consultants, and development teams
- Support UAT by preparing test scenarios, validating solutions, and managing defects
- Maintain requirements traceability across the delivery lifecycle
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in Oracle ERP environments
- Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Project Portfolio Management (PPM)
- Functional expertise in Oracle Accounting Hub / Subledger Accounting
- Strong experience in preparing BRD, Functional, and Technical Specification documents
- Good understanding of finance, accounting, and project costing processes
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite or Oracle Fusion Cloud
- End-to-end ERP implementation or upgrade experience
- Experience working in onsite offshore delivery models
