Position: Data/Information Architect - Consultant
Location: Columbia, SC 29210
Client: State of South Carolina
Duration: 12+ Months
Job Description: Seeking a Data/Information Architect to drive public-facing dashboard development, data-driven insights, and CRM support. You'll develop and maintain dashboards, perform data analysis across real estate, fleet, and financial data, and support CRM systems while collaborating across teams. You'll contribute to the software development lifecycle and deliver data-focused strategies to improve efficiency and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities (condensed):
- Build and deploy dashboards using Tableau and Power BI; support public-facing dashboards
- Analyze data and provide insights across multiple domains (real estate, fleet, financial)
- Develop and support CRM systems (Salesforce, Zendesk, HubSpot)
- Work with databases and data platforms (SQL Server, Azure Synapse, similar environments)
- Engage in SDLC methodologies (Waterfall, Agile/Scrum, Lean, DevOps)
Technical Skills (must-have):
- Tableau development and deployment
- Working knowledge of database principles and design
- CRM development and support
Nice-to-have / Preferred Skills:
- Data analysis and business analysis capabilities
- Ability to document complex concepts for varied audiences
