Project Manager

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate discovery sessions with stakeholders to define initiatives and staffing needs.
• Develop detailed project plans including tasks, owners, and dependencies.
• Manage implementation, testing checkpoints, and QA/UAT cycles.
• Provide status reporting via JIRA to senior management and escalate roadblocks timely.
• Coordinate with other project managers and scrum masters on dependencies.
• Partner with delivery leads and product owners to build efficient squads.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in JIRA is required.
• Previous experience in a financial firm and understanding of business processes is a plus.
• Experience managing technical projects is preferred.
