Project Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with 10+ years of proven expertise in managing large-scale projects, leading cross-functional teams, and delivering projects on time and within scope. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management from initiation to closure

• Define project scope, timelines, budget, and deliverables

• Manage cross-functional teams and coordinate with stakeholders

• Track project progress, risks, and dependencies

• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget

• Implement project governance, reporting, and best practices

• Communicate project status to senior leadership

• Mentor junior project managers

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Project Management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)

• Expertise in project planning, risk management, and budgeting

• Excellent stakeholder and client management skills

• Experience using project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, Confluence, Asana)

• Strong communication and leadership abilities

Preferred Skills

• PMP / PRINCE2 / Scrum Master certification

• Experience managing enterprise-level or multi-vendor projects

• Exposure to digital transformation or IT projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, or related field

• Master’s degree (MBA / PGDM) is a plus
