We are seeking a Senior Developer for Oracle Planning and Budget Cloud Services (OPBCS) for a 12+ month contract in Norwalk, CA.

Job Title : Program Budgeting Financial Reporting
Job location : Norwalk, CA
Duration : 12+ month contract with possibility for extension
Role Responsibilities:
- Planning, design, development, configuration, and implementation of OPBCS to meet business requirements.
- Perform requirements gathering, feasibility studies, consult with customers, translate functional requirements to technical specifications.
- Design and develop user interfaces, forms, dashboards, reports, member formulas, business rules, and automate Jobs and APIs.
- Load transactional data, metadata, export data, ensure integration of system components.
- Develop and document policies, procedures, best practices, training material.
- Conduct performance, reliability, integration, regression testing, provide post-implementation support.
Requirements:
- 7+ years implementing/supporting OPBCS projects, with 3+ years lead experience.
- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud for integration with Oracle Fusion applications.
- Knowledge of EPM Automate, metadata/data loads, and job automation.
- 2+ years creating system-level documentation (development, maintenance, flow charts, logic specs) using MS Office.
