The biggest difference this time around is that they are not looking for a Senior Developer who can lead projects occasionally. They are specifically seeking someone with proven Technical Leadership experience who can drive alignment across the development organization.

Top Priorities
• Proven experience as a Technical Lead / Engineering Lead, leading developers and driving technical direction
• Experience working alongside Solution Architects to define architecture standards, development practices, and technical roadmaps
• Strong hands-on background with Java/Spring Boot, React/TypeScript, AWS, APIs, and modern cloud architecture
Additional Context
• This person will work closely with our client Solution Architect to establish reference architecture and development standards.
• They will be responsible for ensuring multiple developers, including offshore resources, are aligned and executing consistently.
• Leadership through influence and mentorship is critical.
• The manager emphasized that this candidate must be able to operate beyond the level of a Senior Developer and be highly self-sufficient.

2 Hands-on expertise in Java/Spring Boot and React/TypeScript with the ability to mentor and guide development teams.
3 Strong enterprise architecture background with AWS, APIs, and modern cloud-based application development.
4 Experience leading distributed/onshore-offshore development teams and establishing development standards and best practices.

YOUR CONTRIBUTION:
• Establishing / Maintaining project specifications and technical direction
• Creating / Maintaining a framework of technical standards and procedures
• Creating / Maintaining a framework of Development Standards
• Work with Solutions Architecture to maintain C4 Model documentation
• Overseeing software quality and system modifications
• Guiding team members with troubleshooting technical issues
• Analyzing existing operations to identify risks and redundancies
• Conducting comprehensive assessments to develop solutions
• Determining project technical and development requirements
• Ensures that EPICs, Stories, etc. contain the right level of detail to ensure efficiency and quality in every sprint
• Liaising with team members, management, and clients to ensure projects are completed to standard

• Analyzing existing operations and scheduling training sessions and meetings to discuss improvements.

YOUR CREDENTIALS:
• Bachelor''s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience
• 8 years of Application Development experience and / or experience as a Technical Lead
• Knowledge of IT processes, IT functions (development, infrastructure, security, governance), and technology (cloud, big data, architecture, APIs)
• Knowledge of Agile, Project Management, and Innovation processes
• Ability to work with teams in Application Managed Services (AMS) environment driving engagement with an ownership mindset
• Experience leading projects
• Understanding of business processes and best practices to provide effective solutions

Digital Factory Leader:
• Extensive experience and the ability to lead and mentor others in:
