Job Summary:

The Sr. Solution Architect - Process Orchestration is a senior technology leader responsible for driving enterprise-wide transformation across process orchestration, automation and AI enabled solutions. This role plays a critical part in shaping business and technology strategy by designing scalable, resilient, and high impact solutions that improve operational efficiency, governance, and business outcomes.

As a trusted advisor to business and technology stakeholders, this leader provides timely, data driven insights into platform performance, delivery of health and value realization. The role requires deep expertise in process orchestration platforms, enterprise integrations and emerging AI capabilities, combined with strong architectural judgment.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, complex environment, is comfortable managing escalations and ambiguity and can clearly articulate technical and business needs to senior leadership. Strong analytical thinking, structured problem-solving and the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable guidance are essential.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Project Leadership: Independently manage numerous projects, ensuring all functional and non-functional requirements are met with excellence.
  • Strategic Development: Leverage a deep understanding of core business and technical strategies to achieve optimal business outcomes.
  • Technology Integration: Lead the design and implementation of large-scale solutions involving Process Orchestration (e.g. Pega), Process Mining (e.g. Celonis), AI enablement technologies, and ERPs (e.g. SAP, JDE).
  • Solution Development: Architect and deploy high-quality software solutions, integrating advanced AI, automation features and SAP modules.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with various teams across the enterprise to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.
  • Mentorship and Development: Provide mentorship and technical guidance to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Practice Development: Drive strategic practice development and offer technical expertise to the team.
  • Project Estimation: Deliver high-level estimates for large-scale projects, ensuring accurate planning and resource allocation.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Actively contribute to internal discussions on software engineering, delivery, and technology through blog posts, knowledge base articles and other forums.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
  • 10+ years of hands-on software development experience, including technical/engineering leadership responsibilities.
  • Strong experience delivering solutions using Agile / Scrum with a proven ability to mentor, coach and lead engineering teams.
  • Extensive hands-on expertise with Pega (Pega BPM, Pega Cloud) and SAP, including enterprise integrations, ERP optimization and end-to-end business process design.
  • Solid understanding of cloud architectures, process orchestration, process mining, automation (RPA) and AI enablement technologies.
  • Working knowledge of Generative AI concepts, including LLMs, RAG and Agentic AI, with the ability to develop POCs and apply these technologies in enterprise use cases.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, including experience producing solution blueprints, technical documentation and presenting to senior leadership and project teams.

Preferred Skills:
  • Strong product mindset, with experience owning or influencing platform vision, roadmaps and delivery plans.
  • Experience operating at the intersection of Architecture and Product Management.
  • Ability to define and measure value realization, KPIs and adoption of metrics for enterprise platforms.
  • Experience leading enterprise digital transformation programs.
  • Background in platform governance, standards and intake/prioritization models.
  • Experience working in regulated or highly governed environments.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to simplify complex concepts for non-technical audiences.
  • Experience working with global, distributed teams.
