Summary

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Finance Functional Consultant (Oracle-Centric) with strong expertise in Oracle Order and Service Management (OSM), Oracle Accounts Payable (AP), and Travel & Expense (T&E) processes. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of Oracle Financials and enterprise finance operations, working closely with business stakeholders to implement, optimize, and support Oracle-based financial solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Configure, support, and enhance Oracle Finance applications with a focus on Oracle Accounts Payable (AP).
Work on Oracle OSM (Order and Service Management) integration with finance and operational workflows.
Analyze and optimize Travel & Expense (T&E) business processes.
Gather business requirements and translate them into Oracle Finance solutions.
Support invoice processing, supplier management, payment processing, and expense reimbursement workflows.
Collaborate with finance, accounting, and IT teams to improve business processes.
Perform functional testing, UAT support, and issue resolution.
Create functional specifications and support system integrations.
Ensure compliance with financial policies, internal controls, and audit requirements.
Provide production support, troubleshooting, and user training.

Required Skills

Strong understanding of Oracle OSM (Order and Service Management).
Hands-on experience with Oracle Accounts Payable (AP).
Experience with Travel & Expense (T&E) processes.
Strong understanding of Oracle-based Finance Operations.
Experience with Oracle Financials implementation, configuration, or support.
Knowledge of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) business processes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience working with cross-functional business teams.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Oracle ERP Cloud or Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS).
Knowledge of General Ledger (GL), Purchasing (PO), and Procurement modules.
Experience with Oracle Financial integrations.
Understanding of financial compliance, audit, and reporting.
Familiarity with SQL for basic data analysis and troubleshooting.
Oracle Financials certification is a plus.
