Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with strong expertise in OpenText / Documentum / ECM platforms and a deep understanding of FDA regulations and compliance. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in business analysis, with a proven ability to translate complex regulatory and business requirements into clear, actionable documentation.

This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance-driven solutions and successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed analysis of business needs aligned with FDA regulations and compliance requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, document, and validate business requirements
  • Develop and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and functional specifications
  • Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and requirement gathering sessions
  • Analyze current business processes and identify improvement opportunities
  • Provide insights and recommendations to support project management activities
  • Ensure adherence to FDA regulatory standards throughout the project lifecycle
  • Prepare and present findings, reports, and recommendations to stakeholders
  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
  • Support implementation of ECM/OpenText/Documentum-based solutions

Required Qualifications:

  • 7-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst
  • Strong knowledge of FDA regulations and compliance frameworks
  • Hands-on experience with OpenText, Documentum, or other ECM platforms
  • Expertise in business analysis methodologies and tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Proven experience in creating detailed documentation (BRDs, FSDs, reports)
