Requirements
8 or more years of experience in Manhattan WMS project leadership and system implementations.
Proficiency in AS400 operating systems and Aldon Change Management tools.
Experience with SOX compliance protocols and internal application control auditing.
Experience in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall project management methodologies.
Experience with AS400 communication protocols including hand-held scanners and voice systems.
Experience in supply chain inventory management and distribution center operations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end execution of warehouse management system projects from initiation to final delivery.
Ensure all technical workflows and system processes strictly adhere to SOX regulatory standards.
Develop detailed project roadmaps incorporating resource allocation, milestones, and timelines.
Coordinate cross-functional technical teams to drive collaborative supply chain solutions.
Manage project scope modifications, budget forecasting, and critical schedule adjustments.
Present technical project status, risk analysis, and issue resolution plans to senior leadership.
Provide subject matter expertise and technical guidance to stakeholders regarding WMS advancements.
