Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Director of Engineering Data Platforms & Delivery to lead enterprise-scale data engineering programs, cloud platform modernization, and global engineering teams. The ideal candidate will have strong technical leadership, hands-on cloud data platform expertise, and a proven ability to deliver large-scale data initiatives while driving client success, operational excellence, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Lead enterprise data engineering and cloud platform delivery programs.
Manage globally distributed engineering teams and technical leads.
Drive modern data platform implementations using AWS, Snowflake, Databricks, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
Provide technical leadership across Data Engineering, DataOps, SQL, Python, APIs, and CI/CD.
Establish Agile delivery practices using Jira and Azure DevOps.
Implement DataOps best practices including data quality, observability, lineage, and governance.
Partner with business stakeholders and executives to define technology roadmaps.
Support client engagement, solutioning, account growth, and engineering excellence.
Mentor engineering managers and build high-performing delivery teams.

Required Qualifications

10 15 years of experience in Engineering Leadership, Data Engineering, or Program Delivery.
Strong expertise with AWS and at least one active AWS certification.
Experience delivering enterprise cloud data platforms.
Hands-on knowledge of SQL and Python.
Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
Strong understanding of Agile, SDLC, CI/CD, and DataOps.
Experience managing global engineering teams.
Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Consent Management Platforms or Data Clean Rooms.
Experience with API development and modern application delivery.
Domain experience in Sports, Media, Entertainment, Gaming, Healthcare, Fitness, or Lifestyle.
Experience supporting pre-sales, solutioning, and business development initiatives.
