Job Title: Project Manager - Structured Cabling, AV & SecurityJob DescriptionWe are seeking a highly organized and technically proficient
Project Manager to lead projects involving
structured cabling, audio/visual systems, and security infrastructure (access control and surveillance). This role is responsible for managing multiple concurrent telecom-related construction projects from initiation through closeout, ensuring delivery
on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & Execution- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations
- Coordinate work with internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors
- Oversee installation of:
- Structured cabling (Cat6, fiber)
- AV systems (displays, conferencing solutions)
- Security systems (CCTV, access control)
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (TIA/EIA, NEC, BICSI, etc.)
Budget & Cost Control- Prepare and manage project budgets
- Track costs and implement cost-effective solutions
- Review and approve invoices, change orders, and billing documentation
Client & Stakeholder Communication- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders
- Provide regular project updates and reporting
- Proactively manage client expectations and resolve issues
Quality Assurance & Safety- Conduct site inspections and quality control checks
- Enforce safety protocols and regulatory compliance
- Identify, document, and resolve deficiencies
Documentation & Reporting- Maintain accurate project documentation, including drawings, schedules, and close-out packages
- Complete post-project evaluations and document lessons learned
Required Qualifications- 5+ years of experience in project management
- Strong background in structured cabling and AV installations
- Proficiency in project tracking, billing, and resource allocation
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
- Experience using Bluebeam and similar project documentation tools
Experience Level- Mid-Senior Level (5+ years required)

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $105000.00/yr.
