Product Owner

Description
The Product Owner will lead strategy and execution for a wildfire-related portfolio spanning GIS systems (Esri), public-facing outage map capabilities, risk modeling tools (TechnoSilva), meteorology and fire-risk data solutions, and analytics integrating weather, fire, and asset data. Responsibilities include backlog ownership, agile delivery oversight, vendor engagement, software and subscription management, and ensuring product development aligns with business needs.
Daily work includes collaborating with business teams on emerging demands, coordinating with delivery teams, guiding vendor contracts/roadmaps, and partnering with peer Product Owners in the OPS portfolio.
The role does not manage people but requires strong leadership, communication, and the ability to influence stakeholders. It primarily supports internal wildfire, operations, vegetation management, and emergency response teams. Ramp-up is expected to take 8-12 weeks. Work hours align with U.S. business hours overlapping CT/MT.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $65.00/hr.
