Job Description:
Description:

Interfacing between onsite production and design in Germany for the areas of powertrain, driving dynamics, digital, and electrical harness.
Analyzing and problem-solving of design-related issues affecting production.
Hands-on support with line trials, concept validation, and implementation of hardware changes.

The qualified intern should expect to contribute & improve in the following functions:

Directing problem-solving teams within the plant as a design representative.
Running and steering projects and problem-solving teams to address unforeseen production challenges.
Steering and organizing line-trials in collaboration with design and production.
Keeping our team Confluence (Wiki) content up to date.
Performs other duties as assigned by management.

Qualification:

Engineering degree (mechanical or automotive preferred).
Effective communication skills.
Analytic and problem-solving skills.
Organizing talent.
Openness and determination in finding and implementing the best solutions for BMW.
