We''re hiring a BlueCard Configuration & Production Support Lead to own Blue Card configuration within HealthRules Payor (HRP), supporting a major go-live and post-go-live stabilization. This role has no rates attached, send what the candidate is asking for on W-2 only. Need to be able to work W2.

What you''ll do:

Own BlueCard configuration activities end-to-end — including backend configuration logic and system integration, not just front-end benefit setup — serve as the primary escalation point for production issues, diagnose and resolve configuration defects impacting claims processing, and support knowledge transfer as HealthEdge transitions off the program.

What you need:

• 7+ years healthcare payer experience
• 5+ years BlueCard experience
• 5+ years HRP experience OR 5–10+ years with Facets, QNXT, or similar core systems (HRP strongly preferred, not required)
• Strong technical/backend depth — this is not a front-end benefit configuration role. The client needs someone comfortable working at the system architecture/backend integration level, not solely within front-end configuration tools (e.g., Benefits Designer-type interfaces)
• Experience with ITS transaction coding/development is a plus
• Experience supporting large-scale payer implementations and go-lives
• Prior consulting or managed services experience strongly preferred

Important: This is a true consulting engagement supporting a critical go-live — expect hours beyond standard 8-hour days/40-hour weeks, especially around the October 1st go-live and hypercare period.
