Organizational Change Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant to support a large-scale web modernization and governance initiative for a leading higher education institution. This fully remote role will focus on stakeholder engagement, communications, training coordination, organizational readiness, and user adoption activities related to enterprise web governance, digital transformation, and operational process improvements. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting OCM initiatives, developing communication and training materials, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, and driving adoption of new processes and technologies within complex organizations. Experience in higher education, web governance, digital modernization, or enterprise transformation initiatives is highly preferred.
