We are looking for a highly skilled Azure Automation Engineer to support a BFSI (Banking & Financial Services). This role focuses on enterprise‑level Azure automation, infrastructure‑as‑code, and platform governance in a regulated environment.
Job Summary
The Azure Automation Engineer will design, build, and operate enterprise-grade automation to standardize and accelerate Azure platform delivery. This role focuses on infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD enablement, subscription provisioning, governance automation, and monitoring standardization across environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, test, deploy, and support Azure automation solutions
- Implement subscription provisioning (vending) aligned with enterprise governance
- Develop reusable IaC modules (Terraform / Bicep / ARM)
- Automate Azure Landing Zone guardrails:
- Management Groups
- RBAC patterns
- Policy initiatives
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure deployments
- Codify monitoring and alerting baselines using Azure Monitor & Log Analytics
- Integrate Azure workloads with Dynatrace
- Build discovery and inventory automation for:
- Subscriptions
- Resources
- Service principals
- Role assignments
- Support regulated SDLC/ITSM processes (JIRA, change management, UAT)
