Healthcare QA Automation Lead

Job Description

• QA Automation with Playwright, TypeScript and Java Experience.
• Leads creation of test strategy and test plans, coordinates UAT with CVS, validates high‑risk functionality, and ensures overall quality governance.
• Key Responsibilities
• Well versed with Playwright automation and associated programming languages TypeScript and Java.
• Team Leadership: Lead and manage the QA team, providing mentorship and technical guidance to enhance their skills and improve testing proficiency.
• Test Strategy Development: Create and document comprehensive test plans and strategies for software releases, outlining scope, objectives, and execution timelines.
• Collaboration: Work closely with development teams, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure quality considerations are integrated throughout the development lifecycle.
• Defect Management: Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring they are resolved in a timely manner.
• Process Improvement: Continuously improve testing processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, including the establishment of key quality metrics to report on test coverage and defect trends.
• Automation Oversight: Oversee the design and implementation of test automation frameworks and strategies to increase efficiency and test coverage.
