Summary

Blue Yonder WMS / Support Specialist

Introduction

We are looking for a skilled Blue Yonder / RedPrairie WMS Technical Lead to join our team. As a Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support for warehouse management operations, troubleshooting production incidents, optimizing systems, and ensuring smooth operations across the distribution network.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary technical contact for WMS operations and production support.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve critical WMS incidents within defined SLAs.
  • Develop, debug and optimize MOCA commands, triggers and workflows.
  • Maintain integrations between WMS and ERP, transportation, automation, and external systems.
  • Configure and enhance DDA screens and Page Builder components.
  • Monitor system performance and optimize queries, interfaces, and batch processes.
  • Perform root-cause analysis and implement permanent corrective solutions.
  • Support deployments, upgrades, testing, and change-management activities.
  • Maintain high availability and uptime across the distribution network.
  • Coordinate with warehouse operations, infrastructure, database, and application teams.
  • Prepare technical documentation, support procedures, and knowledge-transfer materials.

  • Advanced MOCA architecture and development
  • RedPrairie Integrator
  • DDA screen configuration and adjustments
  • Page Builder development and customization

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting high-volume, multi-site distribution environments.
  • Strong understanding of inbound, outbound, inventory, and warehouse execution processes.
  • Experience with Oracle or SQL Server databases and Unix/Linux environments.
  • Knowledge of MHE, WCS, ERP, TMS, EDI, and API integrations.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and production-support skills.
