Job Title:- Dynamics 365 Business Analyst
Location:- Tampa, FL (onsite)
Duration:-12 months+ Contract to hire
Description & Requirements
• Use MS D365 knowledge to evaluate business requirements requested by our business partners. Facilitate cross-functional interactions when needed.
• Align Solutions with Business Goals: Ensure that the D365 F&O ERP system function in alignment and support of PODS project and/or business objectives. Ability to take a strategic vision and define D365 specifications to meet those needs.
• Deliver and Support System Integrations and Enhancements: Design, configure and test core ERP solutions and design, test and support extensions within ERP as well as integrations with other enterprise business applications in alignment with the needs of the business.
• Utilize your business acumen and knowledge of D365 ERP modules to optimize business processes, system performance and ad-hoc troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with Key Stakeholders: Work closely with business partners and other technology team members to provide insights on system requirements, and possible design strategies.
• Documentation and Compliance: Ensure meticulous documentation of system changes for future reference and compliance for all configurations, extensions, forms, integrations and reports.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Demonstrated experience with MS Dynamics ERP projects, upgrades, and end user support, including design/build/test/deployment of new functionality as well as troubleshooting and root cause analysis of production issues.
• Proficient in Azure DevOps. Agile delivery methods are a plus.
• Strong techno-functional background in a majority of the following D365 F&O modules: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash and Bank Management, Expense, General Ledger, Product Information Management, Project Management and Accounting, and Subscription Billing. Projects will determine which of these are most important.
• Experience recording hours worked to different projects.
• Proven ability to take on complex assignments with minimal supervision, deliver complete solutions, demonstrate ownership and attention to detail, and build great relationships with and work collaboratively with business stakeholders, project managers, and other technology teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly for discussing accounting and financial reporting with Finance business stakeholders.
• Knowledge of D365 Architecture – environments, LCS, environments tiers, security roles. Integration awareness – familiar with common integration patterns (DMF, APIs, etc)
• ERP experience integrating to Salesforce for CRM and CPQ functionality is a plus.
• Prior experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Power Automate, Microsoft Power Apps, Microsoft Application Insights, DataDog Cloud Monitoring, Medius AP Automation, SKSoft Treasury Automation Suite, CCH SureTax, PCI standards for credit cards, or ServiceNow is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, finance, accounting and/or equivalent years of experience preferred. Preference will be shown to those with prior accounting or accounting-adjacent experience.
