Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle Project Manager with strong expertise in Oracle EBS and Cloud Financials. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large-scale Oracle implementations and working closely with executive stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Oracle EBS and Cloud Financials implementations
- Manage multiple project streams, timelines, and deliverables
- Drive fit-gap analysis, data conversion, and solution alignment
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and C-level executives
- Ensure adherence to PMI best practices
- Manage risks, issues, and project governance
- Lead Agile or Waterfall delivery methodologies
- Oversee SIT, UAT, and production rollout
Required Skills & Experience
- 15+ years of experience as a Project Manager
- Strong experience in Oracle EBS and Oracle Cloud (Financials domain preferred)
- Proven experience managing multiple Oracle implementations
- Hands-on experience with data conversions and fit-gap analysis
- Experience working with executive leadership (C-suite)
- Strong knowledge of PMI methodologies
- Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall delivery models
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP or equivalent certification
- Oracle Financials certification (nice to have)
