Required Skills & Experience

5-8+ years of relevant experience
Background in algorithms, data analysis, or similar
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience working with cross-functional teams

What You Will Be Doing:
Tech Breakdown

60% Algorithm Development
40% Testing, Analysis, Documentation

Daily Responsibilities

Develop and refine algorithms using data-driven insights
Analyze system and user data to identify improvement opportunities
Support testing, validation, and rollout of updates
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on integration and performance
Contribute to documentation and development activities
