Position Summary

The Reports & Data Specialist supports reporting and data management activities under direct supervision. This role is responsible for maintaining databases, developing and delivering reports, and supporting data reconciliation efforts across multiple programs. The position plays a key role in ensuring accurate, timely, and reliable reporting for internal teams and leadership.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deliver standard, custom, and ad hoc reports using database and reporting tools

  • Run and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reporting processes

  • Maintain and update databases across multiple platforms (e.g., SQL, Access, spreadsheets)

  • Identify, document, and resolve data issues through research and reconciliation

  • Generate analytical reports using spreadsheets and database tools

  • Reconcile data from multiple internal and external sources

  • Support projects related to reporting, documentation, and quality reviews

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to gather data and communicate progress

  • Serve as a resource for training and supporting the use of reporting and database tools

  • Perform additional related duties as assigned


Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree required

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience

  • Health plan or Risk Adjustment experience is a plus

Required Skills:

  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and formulas

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)

Preferred Skills:

  • SAS experience

  • Experience working with large datasets and report-driven environments


Additional Attributes

  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities

  • Comfortable handling ad hoc requests alongside ongoing reporting work

  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
