Summary

We are seeking an experienced Eloqua Architect with deep expertise in Oracle Eloqua, marketing automation, and CRM integrations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for architecting and implementing scalable marketing automation solutions, integrating Eloqua with CRM platforms, and supporting lead management and campaign automation initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Design, architect, and implement Oracle Eloqua solutions based on business requirements.
  • Configure and optimize campaigns, segments, forms, landing pages, scoring models, workflows, and automation programs.
  • Design and manage Eloqua integrations with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
  • Define and implement lead lifecycle processes including lead capture, scoring, routing, nurturing, and sales handoff.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, CRM, and Data teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Support CRM data model alignment across Leads, Contacts, Accounts, Opportunities, Campaigns, and custom objects.
  • Troubleshoot integration, data quality, and campaign execution issues.
  • Recommend best practices for platform governance, security, scalability, and performance.
  • Drive marketing automation platform enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Work with development teams on APIs, middleware, and enterprise integrations.

Required Skills

  • 8+ years of Marketing Automation experience.
  • 4+ years of Oracle Eloqua architecture and design experience.
  • Strong hands-on Oracle Eloqua administration and configuration expertise.
  • Experience integrating Eloqua with Salesforce CRM or other CRM platforms.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales and marketing processes.
  • Experience with:
    • Lead Management & Lead Scoring
    • Campaign Management
    • Customer Segmentation
    • Email Marketing Automation
    • Data Governance & Data Cleansing
    • CRM Data Synchronization
  • Knowledge of REST APIs, middleware, and enterprise integration patterns.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce Sales Cloud experience.
  • Oracle Eloqua Certifications.
  • Experience with global CRM implementations.
  • Knowledge of GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and marketing compliance standards.
  • Experience working in Agile environments.

  • Account-Based Marketing (ABM) experience.
  • Marketing Analytics and Reporting tools.
  • Customer Journey Automation.
