Job Details:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Logistics Supervisor to join our team in the Manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our plant operations, labor management, and cost control. This is a permanent role that offers an excellent opportunity to lead, manage, and inspire a dedicated team to ensure the smooth and efficient running of our operations.

Responsibilities:
As a Logistics Supervisor, your key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

1. Overseeing the entire plant operations to ensure efficient and timely production.
2. Managing labor resources effectively to meet production targets while maintaining high safety and quality standards.
3. Implementing effective cost control measures to minimize operational expenses without compromising on quality or efficiency.
4. Coordinating with other departments such as procurement, sales, and finance to ensure a seamless flow of operations.
5. Developing and implementing logistics plans and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
6. Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
7. Identifying potential issues or bottlenecks in the supply chain process and implementing effective solutions.
8. Conducting regular performance reviews, providing feedback, and implementing training programs to enhance staff skills and productivity.
9. Preparing and presenting regular reports on logistics performance to the senior management.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you should have:

1. A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the Manufacturing industry.
3. Proven experience in plant operations, labor management, and cost control.
4. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
5. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
6. Proficiency in using logistics software and other relevant computer applications.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
8. A strong understanding of industry regulations and standards.
9. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
10. Willingness to stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in logistics management.
