Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Digital Technical Product Manager to drive the vision, roadmap, and execution of digital products in the Personal Insurance domain. The ideal candidate will bridge business and technology teams, translating customer needs and business goals into scalable technical solutions while ensuring alignment with security, compliance, and enterprise architecture standards.



Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Vision

  • Define and drive the product vision, roadmap, and strategy aligned with business objectives and customer needs.

  • Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement within digital products and services.


Product Lifecycle Management

  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, including planning, development, testing, release, and post-launch optimization.

  • Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

  • Write epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide development teams.


Technical Collaboration

  • Work closely with engineering and architecture teams to design scalable and secure digital solutions.

  • Understand and interpret architecture diagrams, data flows, and system designs.

  • Support development of API-driven, microservices-based platforms on cloud environments.


Agile Delivery

  • Drive Agile delivery processes including sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews, and retrospectives.

  • Prioritize work using product management frameworks such as RICE, MoSCoW, or WSJF.


Data & Analytics

  • Use KPIs, dashboards, and analytics tools to measure product performance and inform product decisions.

  • Run and interpret A/B testing and product experiments to optimize user experiences.


User Experience & Customer Focus

  • Collaborate with UX and design teams to deliver high-quality digital user experiences.

  • Validate solutions through user research, feedback loops, and usability testing.


Stakeholder Management

  • Manage cross-functional stakeholders across engineering, UX, compliance, operations, and business teams.

  • Communicate product status, milestones, and risks to leadership and key stakeholders.


Compliance & Governance

  • Ensure product delivery aligns with security, regulatory, and compliance standards, especially in BFSI environments.




Required Skills

  • Strong understanding of APIs, microservices, integrations, and cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / Google Cloud Platform).

  • Experience interpreting system architecture, data flows, and technical design documents.

  • Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring tools, and SRE fundamentals.

  • Familiarity with data engineering concepts including ETL, data models, and analytics.

  • Strong Agile / Scrum product management experience.

  • Ability to make data-driven product decisions using metrics and analytics.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.




Domain Expertise

  • Strong knowledge of Personal Insurance domain including:

    • Insurance Sales

    • Insurance Services

    • Payments and Billing
