Summary
Seeking an experienced ITSM/ITOM Developer with strong expertise in the ServiceNow platform, including ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, and Event Management modules. The role will focus on developing scalable workflows, automations, integrations, and AI-powered operational solutions using Now Assist and emerging Agentic AI capabilities. Responsibilities include enhancing Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Major Incident Management processes while improving operational efficiency through intelligent automation and AIOps.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, Service Portal/UI Builder, and observability integrations with platforms such as Datadog and Dynatrace. Experience implementing AI-driven use cases such as ticket summarization, intelligent routing, virtual agents, autonomous incident triage, and self-healing workflows is highly preferred.
The role requires strong analytical, troubleshooting, stakeholder management, and platform governance skills, along with familiarity with cloud platforms and enterprise AI governance practices. ServiceNow certifications in CSA, ITSM, or ITOM are preferred.
